Attorney Lawrence Magid of Scottsdale; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Lawrence Magid with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Larry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to file required motion to withdraw representation
  • As a result of negligence in filing withdrawal motion, client’s case was dismissed
  • Failed to file promised write of habeas corpus on client’s behalf
  • Failed to communicate with clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Larry practices at 14231 East Cavedale Drive in Scottsdale, Arizona.
