Judge Angela Stokes of Cleveland; whining loser  

The state of Ohio presented Angela Rochelle Stokes with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

In a recent filing with the Ohio Supreme Court, serial ethics violator Judge Angela Stokes of Cleveland objected to the temporary suspension of her law license which prevents her from sitting as judge on the grounds that she isn’t being treated the same as “white judges.” (Mark Naymik, Northeast Ohio Media Group)

In a 196-page response to the Ohio Supreme Court’s December 18, 2014 action to temporarily yank her law license, Stokes argued that six (6) white judges did not lose their law licenses after being accused of similar or worse violations of the judicial code of conduct or court rules involving criminal activity. In her motion, Stokes the Loser states in part:

“It appears that Stokes, who is an African-American female, has not been treated in a manner similar to white judges in like circumstances.”

Judge Stokes’ playing of the race card isn’t remotely relevant to her misconduct and/or that of the six (6) white judges she claims were treated differently because of their race. The sad truth is that in almost every case involving a Judicial Misfit in Ohio, they are all treated with kid gloves by the Patron Saints for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

If every incompetent, abusive and/or unethical judge in Ohio was immediately booted from the bench as of February 2015, there would likely be a vacancy rate of at least 50%.

What is extremely upsetting is the fact that the overburdened taxpayers of Cuyahoga County (Cleveland area) are responsible for the attorney fees Stokes racks up in putting forth her hyperbolic (BS) defense.

To date (January 2015), she has racked up over $100,000 in legal fees and that doesn’t include the 169-page comedic diatribe her so-called lawyers recently filed with the Ohio Supreme Court on January 20, 2016. One can reasonably expect Stokes’ legal fees to exceed $250,000.

All that’s left now is to wait and see if the Ohio Supreme Court permanently disbars Stokes for her egregious misconduct. If they do, I’m sure she can find employment as a greeter at the Walmart Super Center store at 3400 Steelyard Drive in Cleveland. And if that doesn’t pan out, she can always enroll in the Cleveland Bartender’s School at 1481 Warrensville Center Road in Cleveland Heights.
