Attorney Barrando Butler of Milton, MA; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented Barrando Butler with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Ray guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain required trust account records
• Wrote at least two checks on insufficient fund account (rubber)
• Failed to reconcile trust accounts
• Failed to maintain individual client ledgers

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Barrando by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Barrando practices at 3 Warren Avenue in Milton, Massachusetts.
