Attorney Anne Berger of Lynnfield, MA; ethical misfit  

The state of Massachusetts presented Anne L. Berger with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Anne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain check register recording in chronological order for date and amount of each deposit
• Failed to maintain proper ledger for each client
• Failed to maintain ledger for deposit of funds into trust accounts
• Failed to maintain reconciliation reports

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Anne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Anne practices with the Godson Legal Group PC at 210 Broadway in Lynnfield, Massachusetts.
