Attorney Frederick Barry Jr. of Sandwich, MA; ethical misfit  

The state of Massachusetts presented Frederick G. Barry Jr. with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain proper trust account records
• Failed to deposit funds into office trust account as required
• Failed to maintain receipts as to disbursements of estate funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Freddy practices at 135 Route 6A in Sandwich, Massachusetts.
