Attorney Carol Pinard-Cronin of Omaha; ethical misfit

The state of Nebraska presented Carol I. Pinard-Cronin with a  law license in 2001.

Disciplinary Counsel found Carol guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Handled matter she wasn’t competent to deal with (Moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Inadequately prepared to handle client matter
  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to her
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Carol practices at 1904 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
