Attorney Kenneth Payne of Lincoln, NE; ethical dwarf

The state of Nebraska presented Kenneth W. Payne with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
