Attorney Lon Roberson of Baton Rouge; thieving loser

The state of Louisiana presented Linda Ritzie with a law license in 1978.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Lon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain financial records of cases he handled
• Commingled client funds with third-party funds
• Failed to timely remit funds due to medical provider
• Converted (stole) client and third-party funds to his own use

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Lon by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Lon practices at 5700 Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
