Attorney Allen Davis of Gonzales, LA; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Allen Vashon Davis with a law lic ense in 2005.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Allen guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Allen had a fellow attorney notarize a document without first ascertaining the authenticity of the signatures contained thereon.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Allen by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Allen practices with Allen V. Davis & Associates LLC at 714 North Burnside Avenue in Gonzales, Louisiana.
