Attorney James Brustman of Anaheim, CA; thieving loser

The state of California provided James Joseph Brustman with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The California State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct

  • Misappropriated (stole) client funds
  • Failed to give client settlement funds in timely manner
  • Failed to satisfy client medical liens, which caused client to be subjected to threat of legal action and collections
  • Committed acts of moral turpitude

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jimmy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct. He also received a private reproval for in regards to his misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Jimmy practices at 714 South Harbor Blvd in Anaheim, California, which is located in Orange County.
