The state of Ohio presented David Edmund Stenson with a law lice nse in 1989 after he graduated from University of Cincinnati Law School.

The Dayton Bar Association found Stevie of the following misconduct.

• Filing frivolous pro se complaint on behalf of client
• Dismissed a client’s lawsuit w/o client’s consent
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to timely respond to notice from administrative agency
• Failed to timely request hearing on client’s behalf
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month stayed suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.
