Attorney Eugene Binger of Chagrin Falls, OH; lying loser

The state of Ohio presented Eugene Thomas Binger with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Gene of the following misconduct.

  • Notarized documents for clients without witnessing their signatures
  • Failed to maintain legal malpractice insurance
  • Misled (lied) to clients that he was self-insured for legal malpractice
  • Placed a sign in his office falsely stating he was self-insured
  • Failed to keep Supreme Court apprised of his residential and office addresses as required
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Gene by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 18-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gene.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Gene practices at 7295 Ober Lane in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
