Attorney Steven Hales of Toledo; moronic loser

The state of Ohio presented Steven C. Hales with a law license  in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

The Toledo Bar Association found Stevie of the following misconduct.

• Accepted medical malpractice case despite lack of competence to handle such litigation (Moron)
• Engage din conduct aimed at preventing client from recovering from Stevie’s malpractice insurer for client’s losses due to incompetent representation
• Failed to report client’s malpractice claim to his insurer
• Discharged $280,000 malpractice judgment obtained by client via bankruptcy filing
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Intentionally caused damage or prejudice to his client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Stevie practices with the Law Office of Steven C. Hales, Inc. at 3450 West Central Avenue in Toledo, Ohio.
