Attorney Wayne Brooks of Ontario, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society presented Wayne Norris Brooks with a law license  in 1994,

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Wane guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to fulfill undertaking given by Law Society to maintain the books and records of his practice in accordance with By-Laws
  • Failed to maintain proper books and records
  • Failed to account for $110,000 held in trust on behalf of client
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Wayne!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Wayne by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Lucien practices with Wayne Norris Brooks Professional Corporation at 9 Raymond Street in St. Catharines Ontario, Canada.
