The state of California provided with a law license in 1966 after he  graduated from the UC Hastings Law School.

The California State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to perform legal services competently (Moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Misrepresented (lied) about status case to client
• Failed to prosecute client’s medical malpractice case with four and a half years after he had filed it in court
• Failed to file a request to set a trial date on client’s behalf
• Failed to cooperate with hospital’s attorney to obtain client’s medical records
• Client’s medical malpractice suit dismissed by court due to Johnny’s failure to exercise duel diligence to expedite the case
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Misconduct harmed his client
• Failed to be candid in testimony before bar court (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Johnny practices with the Law Office of J. Michael Brown at 2678 Bishop Drive in San Ramon, California, which is located in Contra Costa County.
