Attorney Vincent Illuzzi of Orleans, VT; serial offender

The state of Vermont presented Vincent Illuzzi with a law license in 1979.

The Vermont Professional Responsibility Board found Vinnie guilty of the following misconduct.

Vinnie’s 5th bite at the Attorney Misfits Apple Tree

  • Communicated with person with adverse interest
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Vinnie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He was previously disciplined on four (4) prior occasions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Vermont Supreme Court punished Vinnie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Vinnie practices with The Vincent Illuzzi Law Office at 38 Water Street in Orleans, Vermont.
