Attorney Judy Martin of Jackson, MS; arrogant bully

The state of Mississippi presented Judy T. Martin with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Louisiana Commission on Judicial Performance charged Judy with the following misconduct that took place while he was a sitting judge.

  • Refused to set bond unless defendant allowed Judge Judy to hear several other cases then pending against the defendant despite the fact said cases were already assigned to another judge
  • Issued an improper arrest warrant for the alleged offense of “contempt of Court”
  • Deriding defendant’s attorney for failure to have client testify so that Judge Judy could hear his voice

Despite overwhelming evidence of Judge Judy’s arrogant and bullying behavior, the comedians sitting on the Mississippi Supreme Court dismissed the complaint by laughingly claiming she had not engaged in any misconduct.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Judy practices with the Office of Attorney General at 450 High Street in Jackson, Mississippi.
