Attorney Kathleen Moore of Portland, OR; cheating loser

The state of Oregon provided Kathleen Kelly Moore with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Collected $10,000 fee despite providing no services on client’s behalf
  • Charged and/or collected a clearly excessive fee
  • Client suffered actual injury as a result of Kathy’s conduct
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Client was vulnerable victim as to Kathy’s misconduct

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Kathy practices at 1 SW Columbia Street in Portland, Oregon.
