Attorney Willard Merkel of Portland, OR; lying loser

The state of Oregon provided Willard Merkel with a law license in 1979.

The Oregon State Bar found Willy guilty of the following misconduct

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Willy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Willy practices with Merkel & Associates at 1 SW Columbia in Portland, Oregon.
