• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jimmy!)

• Improperly withdrew from representation of client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Engaged in misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Jimmy’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Willfully failed to file federal income tax returns for seven years
• Knowingly failed to file Oregon personal income tax returns for seven years
• Engaged in conduct adversity reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Conduct constituted criminal acts
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 4-year suspension of his law license.
