Attorney Michael Balocca of Ashland, OR; cheating loser

The state of Oregon provided Michael G. Balocca with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly account for client funds
• Charged an illegal or clearly excessive fee (cheater)
• Failed to promptly deliver unearned fees after being fired
• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license
