Attorney John Markham of Louisville; ethical gremlin

The state of Kentucky presented John Winston Markham with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny admitted to engaging in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty and/or misrepresentation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (February 2015), Johnny practices at 9909 Four Seasons Lane in Louisville, Kentucky.
