Attorney James Troutman of Louisville; ethical leprechaun

The state of Kentucky presented James Gregory Troutman with a law license in 1992.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy entered an Alford plea to two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, one count of first-degree criminal mischief, and one count of criminal littering.

Although the charges were ultimately dismissed-diverted pursuant to KRS 533.258, with prejudice-Troutman, Jimmy asked the Supreme Court that he be suspended for two years admitting that “his entry of an Alford plea was proof that he engaged in conduct that violated the disciplinary rules and adversely reflected on his honesty, trustworthiness or fitness to practice law.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (February 2015), Jimmy practices at 4000 Abbeywood Village Drive in Louisville, Kentucky.
