Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Mikey. In the past, he has been the recipient of nine (9) Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

During a recent (01/21/15 interview with comedian Hugh Hewitt, Mikey decided to pretend that he was a well-schooled constitutional lawyer. Towards that end, Mikey the Moron (M&M) disputed the “notion of judicial supremacy” by arguing that any of the 50 states have the final say on gay marriage regardless of Supreme Court rulings that same-sex couples have a constitutional right to marry.

Mikey went on to say any Supreme Court ruling in 2016 upholding the constitutionality of gay couples to marry would be moot because “one branch of government does not overrule the other two.”

The Moron then went on to say:

• “One thing I am angry about though ... is this notion of judicial supremacy, where if the court makes a decision, I hear governors and even some aspirants to the presidency say, 'Well that's settled, it's the law of the land.”
• “No, it’s not the law of the land.”

So here we have Professor Huckabee declaring that compliance with rulings on constitutional issues by the United States Supreme Court is optional. If that were true, then what would stop Mississippi from passing a law requiring African-Americans to ride in the back of the bus or legalize white only drinking fountains?

What is truly distressing is the fact that Mikey actually believes he is qualifed to be the next President of the U.S. of A. If he is, then David Duke is qualifed to become the next President of the NAACP?

Congrats Mikey; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Morons”; you are far too humble.
