Today’s “Humanitarian” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Johnny. In the past, he has been the recipient of seven (7) Awards in various categories and/or the subject of four (4) opinion pieces. Those awards and opinion pieces are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

In an attempt to further curry favor with his handlers, the Koch brothers, Scotty proclaimed that he was going to push forward with a plan to force food stamp recipients to pass drug tests, even though he is aware that the Obama administration stated that such a requirement violates federal law.

In support of his quasi-illegal proposal, Scotty made the following laughable statement:

• “We know employers in Wisconsin have jobs available, but they don’t have enough qualified employees to fill those positions.”
• “With this budget, we are addressing some of the barriers keeping people from achieving true freedom and prosperity and the independence that comes with having a good job and doing it well.”

In his January 22, 2015 rant, Scott said he is considering drug testing for recipients of unemployment insurance, Medicaid and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). Of course Scotty is well aware that the federal law does not allow testing for TANF recipients.

It is painfully clear that Scotty will say anything to please the Koch brothers. In fact, he doesn’t much give a damn if what he say is true or not. To suggest that the Koch brothers and/or their employee, Gov. Walker really give a damn about the down and out doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test.

The Wisconsin legislature should give serious consideration to passing legislation requiring state officer holders to undergo a “Moron Test.” If they did, I believe that Scotty would have a hard time passing it.

And lastly, this clown (my apologies to clowns) actually thinks he’s qualified to be the next President of the United States. This is akin to Mel Gibson asserting that he is qualified to be the next President of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Congrats Scotty; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Humanitarians”; you are far too humble.
