Solicitor Michael Gillis of New South Wales; ethical elf

The Law Society presented Michael Joseph Gillis with a law license in 1985.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Breached Legal Profession Act re: handling of trust funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Mike practices with Gillis Delaney Lawyers at 161 Castlereagh Street in Sydney, New South Wales.
