Attorney Jordan Meschkow of Mesa, AZ; cheating loser

The state of Arizona presented Jordon Meschkow license in 1982er she graduated from the University of Chicago Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Jordon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged client unreasonable fee (cheater
• Failed to provide client with written explanation of terms of representation
• Unilaterally charged billing rate without notice to client
• Engaged in harassing or burdensome litigation tactics
• Failed to promptly return file to client after discharge
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Duane by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Duane practices with Schmeiser Olsen & Watts LLP at 18 East University Drive in Mesa, Arizona.
