Attorney Philippe Martinet of Phoenix; moronic loser

The state of Arizona presented Philippe Martinet with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Arizona Stat University of Law School.
The Arizona State Bar found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

Ordered to pay restitution to one client

Ordered to participate in fee arbitration with a second client

Applied for visas for three clients even though these clients did not qualify for visas

Engaged in a conflict of interest

Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

Ignorance led to INS ordering two of his clients deported

Failed to consult with client so client could make informed decisions re: representation

Filed a motion to reopen removal proceedings for a client even though there were no removal proceedings to reopen

Victims of misconduct were vulnerable

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Pursued a claim or asserted a defense that was lacking in accuracy
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
