Attorney J. Frank Hanley II of Indianapolis; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana presented John Milton Farrar Jr. with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University College of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Hanley guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Entered into improper agreement with another lawyer that restricted his rights to practice law after partnership terminated

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Hanley by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Hanley practices at 4277 Lafayette Blvd in Indianapolis, Indiana.
