Attorney Kevin McShane of Indianapolis; ethical gremlin

The state of Indiana presented William Don Ketner Jr. with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Indiana University College of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to comply with client requests for information
  • Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Kevin practices at 235 North Delaware in Indianapolis, Indiana.
