Attorney Robert May Jr. of Fredericksburg, VA; ethical misfit

The state of Virginia presented Robert Adam May Jr. with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby engaged in misconduct involving his admission by the state bar. He also violated the rules governing disciplinary matters.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Bobby practices with the Office of the Public Defender at 2300 Fall Hill Avenue in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
