Attorney Mark Bibbs of Wilson, NC; potty mouth loser

The state of North Carolina presented Mark L. Bibbs with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, mark was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) and driving while his license was revoked.

In another matter, Mark found it acceptable to act in a profane and abusive manner while dealing with courthouse personnel.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State  Bar punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2015) Mark practices with the Bibbs Law Group at 105 Douglas Street in Wilson, North Carolina.
