Attorney D. Lee Alvord IV of Bryan, TX; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented D. Lee Alford IV with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The District 8 Grievance Committee found Lee guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Lee was hired to perform estate planning work and was paid a $2,500

advanced fee. Lee never received a proposal from the client and he never refunded the unearned fee to the client.

In addition, Lee failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Lee!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Lee practices in the Bryan, Texas area.
