Attorney William Butterfield of DC; ethical dwarf

The DC Bar presented William H. Butterfield with a law license in 1970.

The DC Bar Counsel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to obtain waivers from clients re: conflict of interest
• Refused to resolve or acknowledge conflict of interest

As a consequence of him misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Billy practices with Kilcullen, Wilson & Kilcullen at 1800 K Street NW in Washington, DC.
