Attorney Benjamin Brandt of San Diego; ethical misfit

The state of California presented Benjamin Tyler Brandt with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California ruled that Benny engaged in the illegal practice of law before the court despite the fact that he absolutely knew he was not authorized to so act.

The Bankruptcy Court subsequently issued an order suspending Benny’s right to practice before that Court for one year.

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Benny by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Benny practices at 4640 Cass Street in San Diego, California.
