Judge Kristopher Terrazas of Pecos, TX; moronic loser

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Terrazas guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to demonstrate competence in perform duties of judicial office (Moron)
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to maintain competence in the law (Dufus)
• Arrested for driving under the influence (DUI)
• Failed to successfully complete judicial education hours as required
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kris!)
• Arrested for public intoxication
• Pled guilty to criminal offense of deadly conduct
• Cast public discredit upon the judicial and administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Judge Terrazas by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Judge Terrazas continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace in Pecos, Texas.
