Former Judge William Romo of McAllen, TX; idiotic loser

The state of Texas presented William Romo with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to maintain competence in the law (Idiot)
  • Engaged in conduct casting public discredit upon the judiciary
  • Repeatedly dismissed citations w/o motion being filed by prosecutor
  • Dismissed citations due to political pressures and fear of losing his job
  • Failed to act impartially as the law required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Billy practices law at 400 North McColl Road in McAllen, Texas.
