Attorney Diane Larsen of Waterloo, IA; Dumbo

The state of Iowa presented Diane Ruisch Larsen with a law license in 1975 after she graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Disciplinary Board found Diane guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client’s legal matter
• Client’s appeal of child custody matter dismissed because Diane failed to attach required appendix to appeal brief
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Diane by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Diane practices in the Waterloo, Iowa area.
