Attorney Kristan Peters of Stamford, CT; lying loser

The state of New York presented Kristan Lizabeth Peters with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the State University of Texas Law School.

U.S. District Court Judge Harold Baer, Jr. of New York City found Kristan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Refused to provide opposing counsel with documents
• Intentionally misled her client
• Misrepresented facts (lied) to the court
• Lied to her fellow attorneys

As a consequence of her misconduct, Kristan received a reprimand.
