Attorney John Lange of Southfield, MI; convict

The state of Michigan presented John C. Lange with a law license in 1986.

Tri-County Hearing Panel #68 found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter Johnny was convicted by pleading guilty to photographing, or otherwise capture or record, the visual image of the undergarments worn by another individual, the unclad genitalia or buttocks of another individual, or the unclad breasts of a female individual under circumstances in which the individual would have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Johnny practices with Gold Lange & Majoros PC at 24901 Northwestern Highway in Southfield, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
