Attorney Wilson Soto of Yonkers, NY; ethical leprechaun
The state of New York presented Wilson Soto with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Pace University Law School.
The Second Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Wilson guilty of the following misconduct.
- Pled guilty to violating elections laws
- Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
- Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Second Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Wilson by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Wilson’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined twice for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As we speak (ca. January 2015), Wilson practices with Soto Sanchez & Negron LLP at 281 South Broadway in Yonkers, New York.
