Attorney Dennis DiMartino of Youngstown; crook,  repeat offender

The state of Ohio presented Dennis DiMartino with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Ohio Supreme Court's Board of Commissioners on Grievances & Discipline found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Fletcher by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

This isn’t Denny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. An article setting forth Dick’s prior misconduct can be found at the URL listed at the end of this article

  • Failed to account for some money awarded to client who was the victim of a motor vehicle accident
  • Failed to respond to current ethics complaint (Up yours, said Dick!)
  • Violated 11 rules of professional conduct
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment the enablers for Attorney Misfits mete out to Dick given the fact that this is his fourth bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Dennis practices at 839 Southwestern Run in Youngstown, Ohio.
