The state of Pennsylvania presented David P. Rovner with a law license in 1977

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly lied to law firm re: status of pending cases
• Fabricated timesheets for non-existent files
• Total of false claims for fees was $53,500
• On three occasions billed firm for fees based on fabricated timesheets
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Lied to law firm members that he was generating new customers for the firm

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2015) Dave practices with Shor & Levin PC at 261 Old York Road in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania.
