The state of Maryland presented Robert N. Levin with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby willfully failed to honor a Writ of Garnishment. Furthermore, Bobby failed to notify a party who had an interest in the trust funds involved in the garnishment matter.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015) Bobby practices with the Law Offices of Robert N. Levin at 9801 Washingtonian Blvd in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
