Attorney James Majeski of St. Paul, MN; ethical misfit

The state of Minnesota presented James Michael Majeski with a law license in 1986.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Jimmy failed to maintain proper financial records and books as required under the Rules of Professional Conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary term of probation.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Jimmy practices in the Minneapolis, St. Paul, Minnesota area.
