Attorney Michael Pearson of Dover, NH; ethical dwarf

The state of Maine presented Michael T. Pearson with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.

The Maine Board of Overseers of the found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or do so through the acts of another
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mike!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary warning

As we speak (ca. December 2014) Mark practices with Pearson Legal PLLC at 340 Central Avenue in Dover, New Hampshire.
