Attorney Daniele Herndon of DC; lying loser

The District of Columbia Bar presented Daniele Eubanks Herndon with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Daniele guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of fact
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed false certification of attending required Continuing Legal Education class

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Daniele by gifting her with a complimentary informal reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Daniele practices with Jackson & Campbell PC at 1120 20^th Street in Washington, DC.
