Attorney James Joyce of Depew, NY; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented James Michael Joyce with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo Law School.

The Disciplinary Board found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to carry out contract of employment

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Jimmy practices at 4733 Transit Road in Depew, New York.
