Attorney William Jebb II of Eggertsville, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York presented William Thomas Jebb II with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Disciplinary Board found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Charged an illegal or excessive fee (crook)
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Misappropriated client funds (thief)
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds which client or third person was lawfully entitled to receive
  • Failed to maintain required bank account records
  • Failed to make accurate, contemporaneous entries of financial transactions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Billy practices at 131 North Drive in Eggertsville, New York.
