Attorney Bryan Adamson of St. George, UT; ethical gremlin

The state of Utah presented Bryan Todd Adamson with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Bryan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Lack of effort to rectify consequences of his misconduct
  • Charged or collected an excessive fee
  • Engaged in conduct that violated advertising rules
  • Improper communications re: legal services
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another
  • Lack of effort to make restitution
  • Failed to appear at hearing on client’s behalf

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bryan’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined on several occasions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Bryan practices with The Justice Firm Legal LLC at 132 West Tabernacle in St. George, Utah.
